Virginia Is For Lumber - Contract Lumber Expansion

We are pleased to announce our entry into a new market with the acquisition of a property in Blackstone, Virginia. Boasting 80,000 square feet of under-roof storage situated on 28 acres, this newest Contract Lumber facility is perfectly suited to allow us to increase our presence on the east coast and better serve new and existing customers in the Richmond market and beyond.

Our investment includes the immediate installation of a rail spur on the property. With 17 acres of undeveloped land, we have unlimited opportunities for future expansions as we continue to grow our business in the region.

Blackstone, Virginia is home to a thriving logging industry and is adjacent to Fort Pickett and the service members and their families stationed and training there. Contract Lumber is excited to be a part of this community and we are looking forward to what the future holds in this newest location.
